Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Sajvya Store. We want you to be happy with your order. If something goes wrong, this policy explains how we will make it right.

1. When you can request a replacement or refund
You can request a replacement or refund if:
- Your order arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong item.
- An item or part is missing from your order.
- Your order does not arrive within the delivery time given in our Shipping Policy.

2. How to request
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email at sajvyaofficial@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 6306674129. Share your order number and a clear photo or an unboxing video that shows the problem. Without this, we may not be able to approve the request.

3. What happens next
After we verify your request, we will send a replacement or a refund. Please do not send the product back until we confirm and share the return address.

4. Refund time
Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days and reach your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will ask for your UPI ID or bank details to send the refund.

5. Order not delivered or lost in transit
If your order does not arrive within the delivery time shown in our Shipping Policy, please contact us. We will track it with the courier and send a replacement or a full refund.

6. Wrong or missing item
If you receive the wrong item or a part is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or an unboxing video.

7. Not eligible for return
- Products that are used, opened or damaged by the customer.
- Products marked "Non-returnable" on the product page.
- Change of mind returns are not accepted.

8. Order cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Contact us with your order number. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you do not accept a delivery, a refund may not apply.
